Instructions for Author(s) Registration & Payment

Each paper must be registered by at least one author for presentation in the conference and for publication in IEEE.

Registration fee for each category is defined in the fee table above. Payment can be made via the online payment gateway link provided in your acceptance email.

Co-author registration applies as mentioned in the fee table above.

Extra page charges apply beyond 12 pages. A combined payment must be made (Normal Registration + Extra Page Charges).

The paper must be presented either virtually or physically based on the selected mode and corresponding fee paid.

Refunds for additional or erroneous payments will be processed within ten working days.

Kindly take a screenshot of the payment confirmation page immediately after making the payment.

Cancellation of registration without a valid reason is not permissible.

Registration must be confirmed before the deadline. Terms and conditions may be revised as per government norms or regulatory requirements.
