Submission Guidelines

Original Work
Papers must be original, previously unpublished, and not simultaneously submitted to any other journal or conference.
Plagiarism Check
All submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism through the IEEE CrossCheck system or Turnitin software.
Language & Length
Papers must be written in English. Maximum 6 printed pages including figures. Additional page fees apply beyond 6 pages per IEEE guidelines.
Final Submission Format
Accepted papers must be uploaded as PDF via Microsoft CMT. The PDF must comply with IEEE eXpress PDF format requirements.
Publication
Only accepted and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, submitted to the IEEE Xplore® digital library.
Paper Format
Papers must follow the IEEE A4 conference template. Use the official Word or LaTeX templates provided below.
